Managing Director and Principal Adviser
Doug is the founder and Managing Director of Professional Wealth Pty Ltd. As Principal Adviser, his role is to provide personal advice on wealth building and retirement strategies and work closely with the firm's other professional staff.
Previously Doug worked for The Boston Consulting Group consulting to banks, insurers and fund managers predominantly on wealth businesses and product distribution. He understands how the industry and investing works and importantly how clients need to make it work for them.
Doug is a sought after speaker on wealth topics by both groups and industry and can be heard periodically on Saturday mornings on AM 774 Victoria-wide as a guest personal finance talk back expert. He is also a regular writer for the investment newsletter the Eureka Report, and a frequent presenter at Australian Shareholder and Investor Association forums.
Doug holds a PhD in engineering and a Diploma in Financial Planning and is a keen golfer. He is Australian born and has lived and worked in Canada, the United States and throughout Asia. He is a member of the Financial Planning Association and the International Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners.

In 2017, Doug was named as one of Australia's Top 50 Financial Advisers by leading US finance publication Barron's (as published in The Australian). Specifically he was ranked 6th best adviser in the country.

Suzanne Siah combines deep technical knowledge with a sincere client service ethic to ensure Professional Wealth clients are well looked after. She works also collaboratively with their other advisers orchestrating multi-disciplinary solutions.
Suzanne holds the highly regarded CFP® designation. She has a Diploma in Financial Planning, an MBA and a Bachelor of Engineering. Previously she worked in SMSF administration and another boutique financial advisory practice. She spent a couple years with insurer Norwich Union now Aviva. Prior to her 20 years of financial planning experience she worked as an civil engineer in Malaysia.
Outside of work Suzanne is a super mum to two high achieving boys and model wife to medical practitioner husband Victor.

Grace cares deeply about her clients' financial security and diligently works to ensure their financial affairs are optimally arranged to achieve their goals. Grace has been with Professional Wealth since 2012 and enjoys the client-centric, professional and friendly work environment.
Grace has been an adviser for ten years , previously with The Money Managers / Shadforth. Prior to that, she worked in para planning with an independent firm in London, with AXA Australia and Godfrey Pembroke. While studying her Graduate Diploma in Financial Planning (Securities Institute) Grace worked as a Superannuation Adminstrator with AMP Life. Grace holds also a Bachelor of Business – Banking and Finance degree from Monash University. Grace holds the highly regarded CFP® designation. Outside of work Grace appreciates art and design and recently completed an Advanced Diploma in Photography.

Jo has been helping Professional Wealth clients administer their affairs for over 10 years. Prior to joining Professional Wealth as our first employee, she worked for Bell Potter and the Money Managers in similar roles. She has a great patience working with paperwork and the back offices of various institutions that assist or have in the past our clients. She is well known to many clients who comment on Professional Wealth’s “Hotel California” hiring policy as an asset to the firm – contrary to other organisations that have high staff turnover and whose staff don’t know their clients well. Jo has a Bachelor of Commerce at Monash University.
Lorelle is both the Professional Wealth office manager and client administrator. She brings to Professional Wealth 20 years’ experience in financial service and office administration as well as a can do attitude. She is highly regarded for her thorough and friendly follow-up. Lorelle holds a Diploma of Financial Services from Finsia and has studied business at Victoria University. She is also highly IT literate and is responsible for introducing various IT productivity tools to the practice.
